How does the qualification' modality work?
For carrying out the service please request qualification to Motovario S.p.A. These qualification is totally FREE and it is delivered by Motovario after a quick user verify.
How can I supply with more detailed information in order to better explain the problem?
First of all it is appreciated to clarify the product's configuration in details. Afterwards, together with the E-Mail message inquiring for support, please enclose a picture showing the screen with the error in order to univocally explain where the problem occurs or the displayed message. For getting a screen's picture click the button “Stamp” or “Print Screen” on the keyboard and paste the picture on the E-Mail or inside the dedicated area.
Is it possible to display the service in other languages (German, Spanish etc) ?
Right now the Electronic Catalogue is published in English, French and Italian. For possible partial service's translations please contact the referring Customer Service person.
When I process the data that I received by E-Mail on log-in boxes, I continue receving error notification for user or password.
Check carefully the data processed on the Log-in boxes paying great attention to respect the small and capital letters.
